December 7, 2009- New electronic double needle bar warp knitting machine, DNB/EL-1270 has been launched by Cilavegna – Comez. Comez is known as a leader in narrow fabric technology. This new technologically advanced machine will have technical application in sport equipments and food industry, medical application in emergency bandages, dressing, disposable underwear and tubular elastic netting whereas it will also be used in making mesh stockings, fashion fabrics and pantyhose.
Warp knitting machine has 12 pattern guide bars, electronic control and able to work with any kind of yarn. Data Control Controller has been provided in the machine that is capable of controlling all the functions of machine. Along with this it also controls the monitors production data and keep constant check on the pattern. Articles having varied structures can be produced without any interruption.
Fiorenzo Sanzani says, "The electronic programming of the warp knitting machine helps to produce the fabrics having alternate three-dimensional and flat areas. There is a possibility of spacer fabric that consists of two different fabrics and has two faces of the whole that is connected by yarn. The two faces of the fabric can now be kept at distance with the help of connecting yarn. Structures that are made by electronic double needle bar warp knitting machine, DNB/EL-1270 will be thick and with great elasticity to give absorption effect."
